"With the Design Bar I wanted to convey a sense of Nordic Cool. Simplicity in colors, materials and shapes. Many aspects of the area are inspired by a boathouse from my childhood. This was a functional building of course, but yet a very social space. And a place of experimentation; handicraft or cooking. Whatever your heart desired.

The ambition behind the menu is the same. A mix of Nordic tastes and traditions, but with a twist. In most cases we have started with a traditional Nordic dish or ingredient and in a state of experimentation; mixed, molded and reduced until we arrived at something new.

We serve our dishes in two different sizes, so that you to can experiment a bit. So, mix, try and enjoy..."
