In this colorful 30 sq meter pizza bar custom-made furnishing meets granite, marble and terazzo creating a free interpretation of the unobvious Italian inspirations.

Pizza bar "Przyjemność" (eng. “Pleasure”) is located in a small pavilion located in the revitalized district of Poznań city called Wilda. In the area of only 30 sq meters, a kitchen, storage room, toilet and a zone for guests with 18 seats and a small bar got its own place. The main inspiration for the project was Italian hospitality and the street food culture.

Therefore, the wall separating the kitchen from the guests is an interpretation of the facade of the building with a window topped with a steel awning from which the pizza is served. Open bar, which due to the limited space, has no front creates a free atmosphere resembling home cooking.

All the furnishing such as tables, bar construction, shelves and lamps have been designed and made individually for this place. The most characteristic element is a common table standing in the middle of the space. Its granite tops are divided with a steel flume for bottles of sauces and olive oil.

The original steel trusses were used to set some steel meshes where ceramic pots with plants are placed. The ceiling and all elements in its area were painted in the color of Italian terracotta so the ceramic flower pots blend into the background, and the greenery of the plants comes to the fore.

In the restaurant, besides the shades of terracotta, light gray is the background for bright cobalt accents. Contrasting colors are complemented with precious materials - granite, marble and terrazzo, which together create a free interpretation of the unobvious Italian inspirations.
