×Notice! This has nothing to do with pasta! There's a film that plays an important role when it comes to understanding the concept behind the successful male triumvirate of Noodles Noodles & Noodles Corp., for both the company's name and its retro industrial design conjure up flashbacks of New York in the early 20th century. The riveted steel furniture, wire mesh fronts inspired by old pantries, long wooden tables and work stools with a vintage look exude a nostalgic feel like in "Once Upon a Time in America", the classic movie starring Robert de Niro as Noodles. It is a film that transcends generations – and timelessness is a quality the furniture makers want their products to embody as well: furniture for tomorrow with yesterday's craftsmanship, furniture that's built to last.

×Whilst the Authentic Furniture collection is inspired by originals of the kind once found in workshops or households, the new White Line with its sturdy baked enamel finish is an equally convincing blend of tradition and zeitgeist. Noodles fans love the versatility of the striking shelving units, sideboards, cabinets, beds and stools: whatever the setting, the furniture blends in with its surroundings so naturally you'd think it had always been there.
And by the way: unlike the plot of the epic film mentioned above, the story of the three Berlin co-partners Wolfgang Ahlers, Christian Geyr and André Reitemeyer is taking one positive turn after another. PT
