Saxaflect products are both - suitable for all approved Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems as well as a coating for Back-Ventilated Curtain Facades (VHF).
Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems are part of single-outer wall systems where the carrying layer, the
insulation layer, the reinforcement and the plaster are directly connected.
Instead of the regular finishing plaster, our SAXAFLECT Products can be used.
The design is possible over a large area without visible joints OR in rectangular form with gap alignment.
Last variant allows you to play with different formats and a large variety of design possibilities.
Characteristic of the Back Ventilated Facade (VHF) is the structural separation of weather shell and insulation.
The weather shell can be made of different materials. For example metal panels, fiber cement panels or solid stone slabs.
However, back-ventilated facade panels (VHF) of natural stone are very heavy and require complex substructures and are therefore very expensive.
If a facade be desired in natural stone look, we recommend the coating of fiber cement or metal panels with our SAXAFLECT Products. The much lighter substructure allows a significant reduction of costs.
