In 1959, Ascensión Latorre Chaves begins some interior design projects. Along with her husband, Guillermo Torrent González, and their combined entrepreneurial spirit, in 1975 their company begins to manufacture furniture, consolidating itself rapidly as a top manufacturer of high-end chairs.

In 1981, the company begins to export and exhibits in Paris among other international fairs.
Then in 1984, the company expands its facilities to support the strong demand that is had to this day.
Finally, in 1998, in its current location, the company begins to develop and design luxury sofas and furniture.

The current management of the company is still led by its very own founder, and conducted by her three children and her first grandchild.
