Carles Faus Arquitectura

The architectural studio was founded by Carles Faus, in 2015, with the aim of projecting to enhance and strength the communicative capacity of architecture in our society, seeking the synergy between technique and pleasure through beauty.

Dialoge with other arts and disciplines is the main tool of the firm. We work on the aproachment to different scales with the purpose of finding formal and theoretical aspects that allow us to export them to our architectural projects, wether in housing or city scale.

We intend to nurture the architecture of al those communicating vessels that strenthen the dialoge between the different disciplines, and as observers of this process we find the beauty that lies within. Above all, the dialogue with the final users prevails as well as the functionality of the space and its needs.

Cities are demanding different approaches to the new scenarios that are emerging. When approaching the urban scale we look for the balance between the economic and social sustainability without losing sight of the continuity of the existing urban design, in order to provide society with grater, safer and far more comfortable public spaces. Spaces where the pedestrians figure is extrolled against the conventional mobility base don urban traffic.
Regeneration and restructure of the existing city allow us to reintroduce our urban scene within the productive cycle, considering it not only economic but also social perspectives. The aim is to strengthen the urban fabric of our cities to place them at the forefront of accessibility and sustainability.

The architectural firm team, set in Algemesí (Valencia), comprises a consolidated group of professionals from very diverse sectors, such as landscaping, acoustics, structural calculation, installations, art, architecture, and so on, working all together deeply in detail to reach the best process, and thus the best completed work.
