Katrin Greiling

Katrin Greiling grew up in Munich, Germany. After graduating at Konstfack in Stockholm in 2005 she opened her Studio Greiling in the capital before she left for a research trip to Dubai in 2007, working as interior architect, furniture designer and photographer. The sofa series Bidoun, which she designed with inspiration of the nomadic culture, received recently the award 'Furniture of the Year 2010'. Since July 2010 she is back to Sweden. Katrin is regarded by many as one of the most promising young designers in Scandinavia.
