Terraforma is a new brand from Déco, an Italian leader in the decking (exterior claddings in natural wood and wood-plastic composites) and indoor wall covering industries. Since 2010, the well-established company has grown thanks to its innovative and ever-expanding range of solutions, offering continuity indoors and outdoors.

Terraforma thus embodies a decade of experience in the outdoor furnishing industry, amplifying its collections to be used in gardens, patios, terraces, verandas and poolside - areas which are now part of everyday life even in cities thanks to a desire to spend more time outdoors. This industry is in fact evolving and developing as these spaces become a natural extension of private homes and meeting places. Social habits have changed, thanks in part to administrative policies that promote urban green spaces. Opportunities to enjoy the outdoors are multiplying year-round, no longer seen as something to relish only while on holiday.

A welcoming open-air living room or a small relaxing oasis in which to enjoy nature, a lively shared table perfect for an evening spent with friends, or a welcoming corner for a coffee, drink or snack outdoors: for the 2020, Terraforma presents two absolutely practical, functional collections that satisfy the precise standards required by the contract, restaurant and hotel industries. Those very same pieces can be used for private residences too, as the furniture is characterised by sartorial finishes and details, providing the same sense of comfort as products designed specifically to decorate interiors.

Ideation, design, manufacturing and delivery are the phases of our ‘made-by-Terraforma’ process. Covering the entire production cycle from the moment the raw materials are chosen, our supply chain is 100% traceable, no matter the material (for our teak in particular, which comes exclusively from FSC certified forests).
