Jim Phillips - Managing Executive
Jim is the founder and a managing executive of TPG. An established leader in the field, he considers himself first and foremost an advocate of his clients. He has always chosen to work on the front end of projects, guiding clients through their decision-making processes with astute appreciation of their organizational needs. Ultimately, his practice emphasizes the creation of environments that improve his clients’ businesses.
