Zaha Hadid Architects was founded in 1979 and has been at the forefront of architecture, art, and design for 35 years. Now 400 strong, based in London and with offices in Beijing, New York, Hong Kong, Mexico City, and Dubai, we are known internationally for dynamic and innovative projects which build on Zaha’s revolutionary exploration and research in the interrelated fields of urbanism, architecture, and design.
Over four decades of practice, Zaha Hadid Architects has created a unique aesthetic that is at once unclassifiable and yet instantly recognisable for its clarity of vision. We strive to create something unique in every project: something which is both different from our previous work and unique to its surroundings.
Every new building is an opportunity to create something which will become a fundamental part of daily experience, an opportunity which should neither be wasted nor taken for granted. Our design approach consistently positions us in the vanguard of technology.
Our goal is to always give our projects the greatest chance of lasting well beyond their intended lifespan, remaining useful to their clients and users long after current technologies become obsolete.
