Concept
Se singularisant par la forte matérialité émanant de l’alliance non conventionnelle de matières telles que
le marbre et le cuir sellier, Side se compose de quatre panneaux qui étreignent le plateau en different couleurs : Boue, Tourterelle, Sauge, Bordeaux, Moka, Cendre et Noir. Habillés de cuir sellier, ils se distinguent par un léger profilage orné de coutures apparentes qui en dessinent le périmètre. Le plateau est proposé en verre rétro-laqué de couleur noire ou en marbre Zebrino ou Stone Grey encastré dans la structure.
Disponible en plusieurs tailles de forme carrée et rectangulaire, Side peut être utilisé indépendamment ou intégré aux systèmes d’assise.

Architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan, where he graduated in Architecture. Responsible in the past for the art direction of Artemide (glass collection), Cappellini (from 1979 to 1989), Fontana Arte (furniture collection), Foscarini (lamps), Minotti (from 1998 until today) and Roda, he designs for various companies, including: Artemide, Cappellini, Cassina, Dornbracht, Driade, Emu, Ernestomeda, Fiam Italia, Flos, Flou, Fontana Arte, Foscarini, Jab, MatteoGrassi, Minotti, Molteni & C., Moroso, Olivari, Pamar, Roda, RB Rossana, Sambonet, Serralunga, The Rug Company, Venini. Dordoni Architetti, founded in association with architects Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni, deals with architectural planning and interior design, developing projects for houses, residential complexes, industrial and commercial areas such as offices, stores and showrooms, restaurants, hotels, yachts, as well as exhibit stands of diverse commercial fields.
