Concept
Stackable chair and armchair for contract and residential purpose. Sled base in high resistance steel tube available in powder coated or chromed finishing.
Seat and back external shells made of injected polypropylene available in two colours.
Upholstery in cold injected polyurethane foam meeting fire retardant “California Bulletin 117A” and “Italian Classe 1IM” standards, with inner polypropylene insert. Covers are available in fabric or simulated leather.
Armrests in textured polypropylene. Accessories: anti-panic folding writing tablet, ganging device and trolley for stacked chairs transportation.
Stacking capacity up to 8 on floor and 16 on trolley.
Lips has successfully passed ANSI-BIFMA tests.

The Gaia armchair is included in the design collection at the MOMA in New York and the Triennale Design Museum in Milano. The 4875 chair is on display in the design collection at the National Arts Museum of the Pompidou Centre in Paris.
