Since the re-opening at the new location in Bülach in October 2013, the Thai-restaurant „Meiers come inn“ is captivating with architectonical flair and a touch of South East Asia in the middle of Switzerland. A special eye-catcher is the perforated MDF-wall. The game with light and shadow work fascinating oriental and harmonize perfectly with the rest of the material. “The perforated elements of Bruag were ideal for us to transport the Asian ambience in a reserved but still modern way. The free choice of forms and perforations were other important points in our decision”, says the responsible interior designer Sandra Fehr. Additionally to its design component, the perforated panels optimize the room acoustics.
