Nentrys manages the commercial vehicle sales company, "King Truck." Their market extends across the whole of Japan, and they have locations in the North Kantou, Chuubu, and Kansai regions. They recently engaged in an moving project, merging two locations in the Tokyo area. The office they have moved into spans four floors. The building is in a residential area, with no obstacles and a good view, and the entrance room exploits that view to the fullest.
Nentrys hosts many in-house events and activities, and intra-departmental relations are already strong. Their corporate culture is one of transparency, where each of their employees is given the opportunity to be seen and heard. In order to heighten this sense of community, the center of the office is occupied by a relaxation space, counter bar, and seminar space, with a flowing and coordinated layout. The building's lighting reaches all areas, and as time passes employees who have finished their work for the day naturally come together in this central space for a change of scenery. The aim was for clients and other visitors to really get a taste of their corporate culture through this central space and entrance room.
With their transparent culture, from the entrance to the meeting room and the airy and open spaces connecting them, Nentrys' office is designed to bring together and unite their workers.
