Ruggles Green in the Woodlands was a study in reinforcing the brands’ natural and healthy food offerings through colors and materials choices. Geometric wooden trellis installations soar high above the space, which features a variety of Patricia Urquiola’s patterned tile, a forest of indoor container gardens, Icelandic photography by Pete Molick, and handmade knit light fixtures woven throughout the seating areas. The front counter includes handlettered chalkboards and extensive walnut cabinetry surrounding an open brick oven with a bright white Fireclay tile surround.
