Le nouveau bureau de Raiffeisen Bank International – MIT Group Delivery Center est situé dans l'immeuble de bureaux Monopol sur la place Koneser à Varsovie.
Le projet de conception globale donne priorité aux espaces de collaboration et de réunion sur des plans d'étage ouverts, avec un large éventail de lieux de détente et de bien-être. Les employés ont été impliqués dans le processus de conception, en apportant leurs idées et annonçant les besoins envers le nouveau lieu de travail. Conformément à la conception biophilique, de nombreux espaces verts complètent l'aménagement des bureaux.
