The district of Zurich North has undergone rapid development in recent years. At the heart of this up-and-coming new quarter in the north of the city, the two towers of The Metropolitans are set to offer their future occupants a luxurious living space.
This project will be a significant addition to the housing market in Zurich North. Both 20-storey buildings contain freehold apartments ranging from 75 to more than 200 square metres in area, boasting interesting layouts and a view stretching from the Alps and the Uetliberg across the city all the way to the airport. The apartments in this unique tower are also surrounded by a terrace with spectacular loggias that extend the living space outdoors. In addition, the building's residents will be able to enjoy exclusive access to the Sky Lounge on the roof. The apartments in the western tower will be ready for occupancy from spring 2015, while the eastern tower is set to open in spring 2016.
