At the point where Beate-Uhse-Haus once embodied the impending fading of West Berlin, Hines initiated a new spirit of optimism with the construction of the ZOOM office and commercial building. At this location has Hines, one of the largest international real estate developers, established its German headquarters.
Hines and Kinzo have successfully collaborated in the past, on the Zukunftswohnquartier Südkreuz: an urban community with a diverse program. From the guest suites to the coworking space, from the gym to the laundromat, the roof garden to the daycare center, the bicycle parking lot to the e-car charging station are combined here for an urban community. It was only natural for Hines and Kinzo to collaborate again, this time to translate Hines’ high standard of design and unique identity into a company headquarter.
Thanks to Kinzo‘s interior architecture consulting and planning services, communication among employees has improved. Corporate culture has significantly improved within the high-quality work environment, which is symbolic of Hines’ reputation as a modern big player in the real estate sector.
