St.Regis Istanbul is a luxurious contemporary hotel designed by Aga Han Award winner studio EEA in collaboration with Kontra architecture. KONTRA designed “Presidential Suite”, “SPA” & “Brasserie” areas based on St. Regis’s philosophy discreet luxury with timeless elegance. “Interior spaces are created with focus of Nisantası areas art deco approach of 30s’ and innovation of modernism. As a design principle materials like brass, marble, walnut applications are used & forms of 30s’ are reinterpretted.

Presidential Suite which is designed with modernist Art Deco style is a pinnacle residence with 185 square meter with master bedroom, guest bedroom, dining area, kitchen and a living space, flexible wall forms with American walnut with bronze details and strong marble surfaces. The classical interior style of “St.Regis Brasserie” TM that is standing for years is commented & adapted to the architectural style of St.Regis Istanbul by Art Deco separations, onyx&oak ceiling material, mirrored shelves, mosaic flooring. Marble bar is designed as a “socializing & meeting point” to emphasize cultural potential of urbanism.

950 square meter Iridium SPA has mainly 3 treatment pools, 2 hammams, rejuvenating & treatment rooms. The SPA designed by five-senses oriented approach. KONTRA presented simple but tactile materials, modernist forms, natural hues & sensual elements; sounds, smells. The Project is a form of KONTRA’s sophistificated design & Cutting-Edge production methods.
