Karl Lagerfeld

We have been instructed to realize a big part of Karl Lagerfeld’s photography exhibition ,,Visions of Fashion‘‘ at Palazzo Pitti, in Florence. The exhibition was curated by Gerhard Steidl who was focussed on presenting Karl Lagerfeld’s fashion photographies and print medias. PIXLIP customized regarding that extraordinary exhibition - free standing and full- illuminated picture islands. An huge light-screen with Lagerfelds‘ motives on it- effects its impact between the master pieces of Tizian, Raffael & Co. The contrast between backlit photography and classic oil painting made sure for a fascinating and lovely interaction. The exhibition was able to visit from July until October 2016. PIXLIP is going to do cooperations for 2017 in this sector again. Stay tuned..
