City Park West

A whole new urban quarter is emerging next to the railway station, with a network of streets and landscaped public realm. Around 600 mixed tenure homes, are complemented by commercial and retail space, including restored heritage buildings. PTE prepared the masterplan and detailed design for all phases and is quality monitor for the delivery.
