Realized together with Piero Castiglioni, the projects regards the new lighting for both the old and the new spaces of the Museum.
For the old rooms (built at the end of XV century and restored by Carlo Scarpa in the 50's) a directional but soft light was choosen in order to respect Scarpa's project. Using multi-projector systems equipped with halogen lamps it was possibile giving the right light to emphasize the volume of the sculptures and the colours of the paintings.
The new halls were lighted with a luminous ceiling which hides fluorescent lamps and little halogen spots on tracks directed towards the big paintings.
