×With a shared workspace portfolio of over 30 buildings, The Office Group (TOG) have an extensive understanding of designing and fitting workplace interiors. But when looking for seating options flexible enough to fulfil the various spaces and functions they cater for, current market options were frustratingly short.
Taking inspiration from the gap in the market, TOG decided they needed to take the matter into their own hands. In collaboration with Danish furniture specialists MENU and commercial interior and architectural practice Norm Architects, a 10-month development period followed and TOG’s exclusive new Co Chair was created. A functional, practical and above all flexible chair, designed specifically for use in their existing and future spaces.
The lightweight yet strong Co Chair is designed specifically for the full range of multi-functional office spaces including workspaces, cafeterias and temporary meeting or conference spaces

×Lightweight and stackable, the Co Chair is a perfect option for temporary meeting and conference use, while a robust powder-coated steel frame ensures the chair will stand up to the more regular use and movement of shared workspaces and cafeterias. Atop this durable frame sits an oak veneer back, wide enough to ensure maximum comfort across the numerous tasks a multi-functional chair will be subjected to.
TOG have created, as Head of Interior Design, Els Van Hoorebeeck states, ‘the perfect stackable, good-looking chair for our office spaces, which we hope our members and clients will enjoy using as we roll out the seating across our buildings.’ Inspiring communication, co-operation and collaboration, the Co Chair will be a highlight of five TOG London offices, before its full launch at Orgatec in October.
