×With the addition of Cassina Pro, open lobby spaces are turned into an invitation to lounge, office interiors are transformed into professional spaces of the 21st century, meeting areas suddenly become less monotonous, restaurants stand out with sculptural furniture and hotel rooms combine a unique look with timeless and adaptable modular systems.

×Among the design icons that have been adapted for Cassina Pro is Mario Bellini’s 1977 Cab chair. Its boldly charismatic shape was transformed into a whole Cab Office collection of swivel and reclinable armchairs that combine superior comfort with the piece’s emblematic saddle leather upholstery in a range of natural colours. Available with high or lower backrests and headrest cushion, Cab Office’s new iteration is an iconic answer to contemporary office needs.

×Another iconic piece that has its origins even further back is Charlotte Perriand’s Banquette Mauritanie, transported from 1959 into current times by Cassina Pro in a new historical edition. It is now available with removable cushions, integrated USB sockets and – like every piece in the brand’s extensive iMaestri Collection – embossed with the collection logo, designer’s signature, and progressive serial number.

×Even older in its original form than Perriand’s bench is another master’s revised design: Gerrit Thomas Rietveld’s Utrecht armchair, launched in 1935 for the Metz & Co department store in Amsterdam and now available for the contract market. On the other side of the timeline, contemporary Dutch designer Linde Freya Tangelder contributes a modular system of padded poufs to Cassina Pro that was previously introduced in the brand’s 2022 residential collection: Soft Corners is a landscape of interlocking shapes that were a natural pick for the high-volume commercial market and can be combined to form an endless variety of inviting areas to rest or relax.
