Evoking the era of Art Deco with Glamora

The Divina Collection of wallcoverings from Italian luxury brand Glamora recreates the sophisticated atmosphere of the Art Deco period through a series of intense and delicate designs. Evoking the billowing silk dresses and exotic fragrances worn by some of the iconic muses of the 1920s and 30s, the wallpapers combine a dreamlike representation of nature with a sense of visual dynamism created by shimmering pearlescent surfaces.

The passion and personalities of stars such as Greta Garbo, Bette Davis and Dolores del Rio inspired a collection designed to reference fashion styles and decorative arts that were typical during this golden era. Each design features a warm, neutral backdrop that is enlivened by rich decorative imagery of tropical foliage, delicate petals and branches laden with blossom. The expressive, elegant and highly detailed patterns are subtly layered to lend the surfaces a sense of visual depth.

The 14 individual wall finishes are brought to life using Glamora’s innovative GlamSatin material, which uses a viscose fabric and mineral powder to create a premium surface with a captivating shine. Iridescent embossing reflects light and creates a subtle relief surface that highlights the intricate and expressive designs. This 21st-century twist on the understated luxury of the Art Deco era makes the collection a perfect match for high-end spaces with classic or contemporary themes.
