New ideas for future workplaces

TRENDS, TALKS and AWARDS represent a comprehensive approach towards the modern working environment. The event embraces modern design, new technologies and innovative ideas, attracting the Russian real estate market and office experts.

Office Next Moscow is all about the challenges and opportunities for future office space that go along with changing work practices and fast-moving work environments. It is about office construction, leasing and project management, office fit-out and facility management, employee satisfaction and much more. It is the event where industry experts meet to get information on the newest developments in the market, to establish new contacts and to stay in touch with partners and potential clients.

Three event pillars: TRENDS, TALKS, AWARDS

TRENDS refers to the exhibition at Office Next Moscow for high-class office furniture, office equipment, real estate and office technologies. With more than 2,800 visitors in 2012, a 40% increase to 2011, and around 3,000 square metres of exhibition and conference space, the event is the ideal platform to find business partners in one of the most promising markets in the world.

TALKS is the conference with top Russian and international speakers and numerous workshops, presentations and interactive panel discussions over the course of three days. The conference covers a wide range of topics, e.g. real estate development in Moscow and in the Russian regions, facility management, design trends for offices, effective workspace usage, ergonomics at the workplace and much more. The organizers offer speaking opportunities, participation in panel discussions and conference session sponsorships.

AWARDS refers to the competition for the best Russian and international office projects. The AWARDS ceremony has established itself as the get-together in Moscow with hundreds of representatives from industry and associations, high-class office equipment manufacturers as well as administrative directors from major Russian companies. Around 800 guests celebrated the winners of the 2012 awards.

Office Trend Book 2013

The Office Trend Book is the international magazine for the office furniture, management and equipment industry in Russia, which is published annually by the organizers of Office Next Moscow. Presenting all participants of the event in the magazine, it also serves as a catalogue for Office Next Moscow 2013.

Additionally, it gives a comprehensive overview on the real estate market in Moscow and in the Russian regions, new design, technology and management trends for offices, and lists an index of companies active in the Russian office market.

Office Next Moscow takes place at the Design Centre Artplay, one of Moscow’s biggest creative clusters for architects and designers, with year-round art exhibitions and more than 300 show rooms and galleries.
