The minimalist trend remains strongly represented in the universe of contemporary carpets. Today, the demand is dominated by sophisticated velvets, short-piled, “glossy” effects. These lines are renewed constantly, adapting to the clientele’s change of taste in very extensive chromatic scales. This year we go further by offering flat weaves, in silk or wool, of foppish effects for the former, faded vintage for the latter, but pertinent in both cases.
