Alejandro Giménez Architects (ARKIMIA) was founded in 1999. Located in Málaga on the Costa del Sol, the company is responsible for the planning and design of primary and secondary residences, public buildings, offices, as well as providing master plans and architectural surveys. The company´s focus revolves around the clients´ primary needs, dreams and budget!

The job is taken on as an integral perception, from architectural planning that combines both the exterior and interior. The process begins with the development of a detailed verbal program incorporating the clients´ needs and wishes, land review and building rights. Based on these parameters, clients receive several detailed ideas and sketches of a home perfectly suited for their needs and dreams. The client is involved throughout the entire process.

Biography
Alejandro Giménez is both an architect and interior designer. Born in Malaga in 1972, he studied in both Spain and America before graduating from Seville’s College of Architecture in 1999. His style is heavily influenced by the architecture where he lives and grew up - Southern Spain’s Mediterranean coast. However, he has also spent a lot of time in Mexico and Japan, and he incorporates ideas, colors and spaces from both these countries in his designs. These influences are used to create harmonious, beautiful and peaceful spaces.
