Hascher Jehle Architektur Team
Profile
HASCHER JEHLE Architektur was founded by Rainer Hascher and Sebastian Jehle in 1992. Thomas Kramps joined the executive team in 2005 and in 2014 the management was extended by the associates Fleur Keller, Markus Häffner, Carsten Krafft and Jens-Peter Riepen.
Together with our Berlin-based team of 60 employees, we have proved successful in both competitions and the realization of our award-winning design projects in Germany and abroad. To name just a few, the Stuttgart Art Museum, the dvg office building in Hannover, the Rems-Murr-Clinic in Winnenden, the Koenigsbau Passagen in Stuttgart, the Montforthaus in Feldkirch and Terminal West of Berlin Schoenefeld Airport reflect our comprehensive planning competence in a diverse array of construction projects. Numerous awards bear witness to the quality of our buildings. HASCHER JEHLE Architektur is a founding member of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
Planning for people
Our design concepts revolve around people: specific needs associated with individual rooms, practical requirements in terms of orientation inside the building and overall organisation. The conceptual process is guided by the sensual perception of components such as lighting, ventilation, sound, odour and materials, culminating in a very distinct interpretation of each individual construction task.
Our aim is to create high-quality homes at an adequate cost, with a clear focus on customer expectations. Based on a thorough evaluation of the customers’ specifications, conditions at the site and the function of the building, we develop highly individual architectural solutions.
Successful together
Our architecture takes shape within a network of an inclusive development, evolving from a continuous dialogue between the team, the customer, the authorities and the engineers. The continuous open exchange of ideas creates significant synergies and stimulates cognitive engagement, promoting groundbreaking solutions. We appreciate working in a team where we communicate on an equal footing and create convincing results.
The project realisation takes an integrative approach. We apply state-of-the-art technology such as software which supports BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes to comply with current standards. Contemporary and innovative architecture can only be created when the specialist knowledge of architects, engineers and industry is integrated into the planning process at an early stage - that is, during the creative phase, when the fundamental decisions about the concept of a building are made.
