Every hospitality project is focused around the first impression of the guest. What feeling do they have when they enter the room? What mood is conveyed? But also, how well the interior design concept comes across in photographs for social media is an important consideration, underestimated at a designer's peril.

It's just as important, however, to design spaces that work smoothly behind the scenes, as well as in front. When employees feel comfortable, their service is better – which in turn creates a more holistic visitor experience.
