MAGGIORI INFORMAZIONI SU JEREMY COLE
Jeremy Cole launched onto the UK design scene spring 2005. The debut range entitled ‘Aloe’ from the ‘Flora’ collection has won considerable acclaim from the public and industry alike. Jeremy Cole has received a phenomenal response from the UK press industry. The collection achieved strong press interest, leading to some enviable coverage in prestigious publications such as Elle Decoration, Vogue, Wallpaper, The Telegraph and The Times to name but a few.
Jeremy Cole will be launching his second range from the ‘Flora Collection’ at the 100% Design exhibition this September. This will be the first time that Jeremy Cole has exhibited at the prestigious show, which he is able to do since winning a bursary from 100% Design last month.
Expect to see more of Jeremy Cole’s contemporary and unique lighting designs strongly influenced by the organic clean lines of flora and fauna as well as a couple of showstopping pieces that will ensure that Jeremy Cole becomes the name everyone will take notice of during the London Design Festival next month.
One of the designs that will be launched at 100% Design 2005 is the Multi Bud light. A natural progression from the single bud design launched earlier this year, the multi bud is a grander more elaborate big sister.
Each of Jeremy Cole’s lighting designs consists of a series of complex ceramic geometric forms that are inspired by the leaves of the Agave plant. Produced by hand, each lamp omits a warm gentle glow when illuminated, whilst also serving as a sculptural piece by day.
