From tree to floor

We at pur natur value trees and the raw material wood as a »living« material. In many decades, an impressive giant grows from a sprout. It defies storms, survives periods of drought and carries huge masses of snow load winter after winter. It adapts perfectly to its environment, is integrated into its ecosystem and is complete in itself. We see the natural potential of wood and make use of it in a gentle way, in the form of aesthetic, high-quality and durable products. Durable in the sense of "long-lasting", but above all »sustainable«, because the key to the design of future living spaces lies in this view. For this reason, we do without supposed performance enhancements through chemical additives or treatments, work exclusively with natural materials and thus create products that are healthy for the home. We don't see knots as flaws, but as traces of life that give our floorboards their unique character and inspire us anew, floorboard by floorboard. With our company headquarters in the Black Forest, we feel a special connection to the raw material wood, which is why we attach great importance to its origin. With purchasing areas in Germany in particular, we ensure the regionality of our products and enable our customers to trace where the trees for their floors once grew - with the pur natur certificate of origin. In the wood species Douglas fir and oak, we manufacture floorboards and wood products for sophisticated interior and exterior design for all types of properties. In thousands of projects worldwide, we at pur natur have been able to bring nature back into the home.
