The Düsseldorf office offers a comprehensive range of services for the development of construction projects. These include creative and innovative designs as well as competent specialist knowledge, starting with the initial sketch and ending with the final construction management.
The wide scope of activities consists of urban planning and analysis, project planning through all work phases, interior design, project and construction management, planning coordination, general planning as well as the revitalisation of existing properties.
Sustainability, low-emission and resource-saving concepts are at the forefront of every design as evidenced by the numerous certificates and awards received for completed projects.
Many schemes such as the GAP 15 high-rise, the Hyatt Hotel in the Media Harbour, the revitalized Andreas Quartier along with the new Düsseldorf Airport have shaped the face of the city of Düsseldorf.
There are many national and international projects among the office’s building references, for instance, The European Championship stadium in Wroclaw, the Campustower residential building in Hamburg's HafenCity, the Orjin Maslak in Istanbul, the extension of Munich Airport’s Terminal 1 as well as the international competition winning design for the "City Hall of the Future mg+".
The international, creative and diverse team of dedicated and skilled architects, draughtsmen, interior designers and site managers is managed by managing director Sara Schlünder and Sascha Rullkötter and by the executive shareholder Wolfgang Marcour, who get advises and support by the founding partners Jurek M.
