Activity/Philosophy
The activities of Theo Hotz Partner Architekten encompass the full range of architectural services. Thanks to our long history in design and construction, we have developed a comprehensive skills base covering the diverse aspects of the planning process. In all, over 100 projects have been completed during this time. Lately, conversions and renovations have featured more prominently in our portfolio, as has cooperating on project development processes, with the majority of our orders stemming from competition successes.
Our 40-strong team has extensive experience of designing and delivering construction projects across the entire architectural spectrum. Interdisciplinary collaboration with clients, authorities and various experts is fundamental to our success, as is cooperating closely with the construction industry to engineer innovative product solutions. As a result, we are ideally positioned to develop creative, high-quality architectural solutions and provide a service that supports the entire process chain from project development to realisation.
