More and more, living and kitchen spaces are being designed as continuous, open-plan spaces, allowing unobstructed views and unhindered conversation. It is with this in mind that Pramaggiore-based kitchen-furniture pioneer Cesar has developed Intarsio.
The Intarsio kitchen system, designed by Garcia Cumini, is defined by clean lines, customisation and the concept of dialogue. A special wood treatment gives the programme’s doors their distinctive character, while seven different finishes mean the system can adapt to, and be unified with, a variety of contexts. In addition, Intarsio harmonises with Cesar’s existing home elements, such as the Williamsburg workstation and The 50’s shelving system, creating an even greater sense of visual consistency.

The gallery is divided into sections by means of glass installations with VISS Fire (EI60) and Janisol 2 (EI30) profiles. They improve the fire resistance and the climate in the exhibition rooms. The double windows in the rotunda have been made using VISS profiles.
