This year, Cersaie, the International Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings Exhibition, returns to Bologna in physical form from 27 September to 1 October, while also presenting Cersaie Digital from 20 September – an online platform for virtual and in-person visitors alike.
In addition to the exhibition itself, Cersaie will present an exciting programme of supporting events including a visit from Pritzker Prize Laureate Shigeru Ban, a discussion on 'Sensitive Architecture' with Odile Decq and Benedetta Tagliabue, and Archincont(r)act – an event space dedicated to the contract sector and hosting ten international architecture offices. Safe participation at Cersaie: from doorstep to exhibition booth

Cersaie Digital prepares to launch
Cersaie Digital, designed to complement the physical show and a stand-out feature of this year's event, will take place online from 20 September to 8 October. Available in Italian and English, the platform allows those unable to be in Bologne to take part while enabling those who will be there to plan and optimise their visit. Read more

Pritzker Prize Laureate Shigeru Ban returns
As part of its focus on great international architecture, the International Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings Exhibition will be welcoming Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate Shigeru Ban to this year’s show. The event will take place on Friday 1 October at 11 a.m. in the Palazzo dei Congressi at BolognaFiere and will be introduced by architecture historian Professor Francesco Dal Co. Read more
The sensitive architecture of Odile Decq and Benedetta Tagliabue
As part of Cersaie’s cultural programme 'Building, dwelling, thinking', architects Odile Decq and Benedetta Tagliabue will speak on the subject of 'Sensitive Architecture'. Moderated by architecture historian Professor Fulvio Irace, the event will take place on Thursday 30 September at 11 a.m. in the Palazzo dei Congressi in the Bologna Exhibition Centre. Read more
Archincont(r)act hosts ten internationally renowned architecture firms
In 2021, Cersaie will focus on the Italian and international contract sector in the newly launched Contract Hall, a space in Hall 18 devoted to networking between producers, architecture firms and clients operating in the real estate and contract sectors. Read more
