Nikodem comes from a family of cabinet makers, and when he’s not designing furniture for leading Polish manufacturers, he’s also an avid painter. So when asked to revamp his best-selling ICHO chair, he suggested turning it into a time machine of sorts. He weaved a cross-based Danish cord seat and added the cord to the back to make it look like a chair from the times when everything was simpler, slower and merrier.
