Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH renovation di Dannien Roller Architekten und Partner

The administration building was erected in 2 construction phases in 1985 and 1994 using precast concrete elements. The project provides for the energetic renovation of the entire building envelope.

The façade consists of a linearly structured, two-storey base with a structurally attached vertically structured "crown". This facade structure is strengthened by a modulated surface. An ETICS modulation façade divides the base as a flat fanned structure and provides the building crown with a saw-tooth surface.

The refurbishment is carried out during operation. The recently built entrance is integrated into the structure with the new horizontal banding of the base. The entrance is designed as a light, open two-storey foyer and will be used as a waiting area and team zone.
