Under the motto "Tropical Paradise", FINDEISEN presented its current needlefelt collections and acoustic solutions with needlefelt at this year's BAU in Munich. The manufacturer from Ettlingen not only designed the floor, but also the walls of the trade fair stand entirely from needlefelt in the trend design specially created for the trade fair FINETT VARIO.

In addition to the eye-catching presentation of needlefelt floor coverings, marketing manager Rose-Marie Riedl placed special emphasis on the sustainability of the trade fair concept: "We will use all the trade fair walls with the elaborate animal and plant motifs as well as the trade fair furniture in our newly designed canteen in Ettlingen after the trade fair. This will save us about 3 tonnes of material that would otherwise have ended up as waste."

With FINETT VARIO, the name says it all: the needlefelt floor covering, available as sheet goods and modules, features different colour scatters that form a strong contrast to the uniform black basic shade. The six colour variations invite you to combine them with each other and with the trend colours of the FINETT DIMENSION collection.

FINETT VARIO also shares the technical basis with the DIMENSION collection: biobased polyamide fibres are used for the wear layer, while the textile backing is made of recycled material. With a weight of 1,300 grams per square metre, FINETT VARIO is only about a third as heavy as comparable textile tiles, which results in a resource saving of 70 % already during production and subsequently also during transport, as well as considerably simplifying handling on the construction site.

Thanks to the patented structure, FINETT VARIO, like FINETT DIMENSION, is extremely dimensionally stable. The tiles and planks therefore do not require any dubious heavy coating and are laid in the same way as the sheet goods, so that they can be taken up again.

Like all FINDEISEN needlefelt floor coverings, FINETT VARIO is produced in Ettlingen, Baden, and has been awarded the Blue Angel and the Green Label Plus, among others. The raw materials of FINETT VARIO meet the Cradle to Cradle® criteria for material health.

When it comes to improving room acoustics, needle carpet is the first choice: traditionally as a floor covering and increasingly also as a surface for acoustic elements. In cooperation with SUAM Akustikmanufaktur, FINDEISEN offers acoustic solutions with needlefelt in the form of wall elements as well as pinboard and partition walls.

In addition to the standard motifs from the "art" and "nature" series, which are implemented as inlays, individual implementations of any type and size are possible. There is a choice of over 100 colours from FINDEISEN's top needlepunch collections. It goes without saying that these are the ideal addition to the floor from both an aesthetic and functional point of view.
