The challenge in this project we carried out for Unilever’s Hamburg office was to create a space inspired by the company’s new slogan – “Purpose-Led, Future-Fit”. The project’s guiding ideas were flexible design, co-working, well-being as well as employee engagement and empowerment. Unilever’s employees took part in the creation process of design, selection, and development of the best solutions for their needs. The result was a multi-space office landscape with a practical design for each room’s specific purpose. Plants and natural lighting encourage the team’s healthy biorhythm – fostering well-being.
