The renovated Hôtellerie Châtonneyre restaurant impresses with its fresh new look. Custom-built banquettes from Intertime combined with design classics ensure that the customers not only dine superbly, but also sits in comfort.

The gourmet Hôtellerie Châtonneyre is located in the heart of Lavaux. Built in 1971, the spacious premises offer many opportunities for guests to enjoy good food and fine wine. An outstanding selection of dishes, which change regularly, ensures a seasonal menu. Perfect pleasure needs comfortable seating. The architects chose Intertime to fulfil their vision of perfect upholstery. Designed by Intertime, the acoustically effective Cube Focus seating module combines elegance and ergonomics. The guest can sink into the polyether-cold foam seat, caressed by a leather covering (Decovin Nappa FR nero). The seat is held by a base frame of 18-mm-thick multilayer sheets. The covering provides a refined contrast to the golden wall colour and light wood flooring. In combination with the stylish décor, Cube Focus fits harmoniously into the architecture of the interior spaces and enhances the culinary experience.
