The original building complex was constructed in 1897 in Leipzig's Prager Straße for the publishing house Velhagen & Klasing. Recently, a wonderful reinterpretation of the palace has been achieved. The residential complex in the seven-storey building includes a total of 23 apartments as well as an underground car park with 16 parking spaces based on KLAUS Multiparking's MultiBase 2072i double parking systems. This is the mobility of the future – no more frustrating searching for a parking space, just a secure parking space in an underground car park.
