GL Events Headquarters

Luceplan delivers another major lighting project: the headquarters of GL Events designed by Odile Decq in Lyon. The prestigious collaboration of Luceplan with the French architect has already led, in the past, to remarkable opportunities to generate 360-degree interaction.

In keeping with the guidelines supplied by the client, the layout and design of the interiors move in the direction of transparency, seen as visual and luminous continuity, which translates into vast open-plan floors where most of the spaces are shared, not screened off by walls. The functional necessity of providing a high level of acoustic and visual comfort has led to the “Pétale” suspension lamp, whose body covered in white fabric is composed of a sound-absorbing panel. The delicate organic form has been developed to light all the workspaces, from individual workstations to meeting rooms, all the way to entertainment and lounge areas.
