The new layout of this Parisian apartment, declined in natural tones, is reminiscent of the cabin of a sailing boat sailing in the sky.
Of the former duplex located on the top floor of an Art Deco building whose roof was about to be blown off, nothing remains. The challenge was to give the impression of size to a living space of only 64 square meters. The space was meticulously restructured and re-orchestrated around four main criteria: light thanks to a glass roof giving onto the sky; volume; roundness; and a high ceiling.

Another challenge was to lose as little space as possible, like on a boat, and to make the cupboards, the fireplace, the air conditioning and the home automation system disappear into the walls.
