Pure new wool

The lamp shade of Woozily is made up from one thick woollen thread, which is winded around the light source and kept in shape by sewing the threads together. The light shines through multiple layers of the twining woollen thread – like a hidden source of brightness gleaming trough dark thicket. The gaze follows the line winding around at a stretch and pierces the lamp through apertures of differing sizes. The turbulent woollen surface creates a soft light for a snug and calm atmosphere. The simple design concept creates a distinct and complex shape. Woozily is available at M&L Lichttechnik as pendant, floor and wall lamp.
