Fenixhuset

The oldest parts of the property are since the mid-1850s. It was was one of the few that survived the great fire of 1854 which namedvthe Fenixhouse. The property has previously been residential and hosted botha a restaurant and a bank. Over the years,
the property has undergone several major renovations. The last major renovation began in 2010 and has since gone on in stages until 2014 when the last part with a lounge and conference facilitiy in the basement were completed.
The renovation has been characterized by great care of the building's characteristic features and all furnishings are carefully chosen to to fit into the historical environment while the furniture
had to be a good example of Swedish design quality with a timeless featuring.
Gaida has been architect for the building's transformation as well as the interior designer for all fixed and loose furnishings.
