×When B&B Italia unveiled its outdoor collection in 2007 to great acclaim, it transferred all the outstanding qualities of its indoor designs to outdoor furniture —free-thinking creativity, superb quality, technological innovation, ergonomics and comfort.
This leading Italian brand’s unique ideas for outdoor sofas, chairs, tables, sun loungers and elegant accessories encompass a wide range of styles, from the luxuriously expansive to the coolly minimal, thanks to its close collaborations with internationally feted designers, renowned for their highly individual design language and sensibility. Among them are the likes of Antonio Citterio, Naoto Fukasawa, Patricia Urquiola, Barber & Osgerby and Doshi Levien.

×The resulting, highly distinctive pieces have been selected for some of the world’s most prestigious projects in both the residential and contract sectors. Many designs from B&B Italia’s coveted outdoor collection now grace exclusive hotels, including the Aman Canal Grande in Venice, the Bulgari Hotels in Milan and Dubai, the ME hotel in London and Mandarin Oriental in Milan and Barcelona.
As ever, the new additions launched this year encourage consumers to experience all the glamour and comfort of indoor furniture at its most stylish in an outdoor setting. The collection has been refreshed with a new palette of inspiring colours, additional fabrics and patterns and even greater flexibility. The new designs fuse audacious hues inspired by nature or ancient cultures with clean-lined, architectural forms, allowing users to create truly personal pieces with a wide choice of possible configurations, materials and finishes that can be freely combined to suit individual tastes.
