Product description

It's easy to get carried away by perfection. The most linear shapes, the softest materials, the most perfect circles.
We at Arketipo, however, are proud of imperfections , to the point that sometimes we expressly go looking for them to create something... perfect. Some of our most iconic products are imperfections. And the most striking example is undoubtedly Milestone, with its unmistakable broken marble . Where others would have opted for a perfectly flat surface, Gino Carollo had the intuition of breaking down a marble table to give life to a new design that is absolutely perfect in its imperfection. An ode to geometric and angular silhouettes based on breaking, not cutting.
We love all our creatures, but Milestone a little more.

Concept

Milestone was born out of a deep-rooted desire to break away from the classic canons of perfection and purity. In fact, Milestone can proudly be called 'perfectly imperfect'. It was born from the creative genius of the Italian designer Gino Carollo, who thought of breaking down a slab of marble to create a particular and unmistakable design. The table top is in fact decorated with geometric cuts that not only give the product itself a special character, but also create irregular patterns that interrupt the classic veining of the marble.
