The mélange in the fabric is consistently the same due to the weaving technique: the warp consists of a single colour linen yarn, while the weft is made of a special wool yarn that was dyed in different shades and then twisted together. TRAMONTANA originates from Italy: everything from the yarn production, processing and finishing is all done in the Piedmont region in Italy, an area with a rich textile tradition.
