Product description

Beach lounger with the frame in aluminium and protected stainless steel, powder painted in carob colour, with wheels on the head which make it easy to move. The top is in birch plywood and Abonos oak (fin.3B) veneer. A manual mechanism enables the adjustment of the lounger in four different incline positions for the backrest and three for the footrest.
The cushion has a padding in Breathair® with a completely drainable cover, to which a reversible mattress topper is added, with a headrest cod. 87061 in expanded polyurethane for outdoor.
The covering of the cushion and of the mat, with fabrics of the Open-air collection, is completely removable.

The joy of relaxation is the main purpose for outdoor spaces and is best expressed in the GEA beach lounger. With a delicate carob coloured steel frame, the base is abonos oak (a thousandyear old fossil wood sourced from rivers), which demonstrates the DNA of Giorgetti's workmanship. A simple yet sophisticated manual mechanism enables the incline of the back and footrest to be adjusted, offering a piece of furniture that provides an almost personalised solution to relaxation. Two stackable mattresses complete the design. And a lazy day is guaranteed.

Concept

From the Greek γαια, meaning “the earth", GEA is a collection of furniture and objects designed by Chi Wing Lo, which celebrates the beauty and openness of outdoor living. The morning sun, the breeze at sunset, the approaching rain...all reflected in the choice of materials, where every detail has been designed for living closer to nature. Sophisticated materials and nature's temperament come together to create a collection of chairs, tables, sofas, beach loungers, parasols, lamps and objects to help us enjoy and love a simple life outdoors.
